Do You Offer Home Delivery?

Yes, except in some rural areas.

If my location is Out-of-Dhaka, how can I get my product?

It's simple. You order, we will deliver to your doorstep. We deliver parcels via Third-Party Delivery Companies like Sundarban & Pathao courier service.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery time inside Bangladesh is 3 working days. If abroad, it will take 15-20 working days.

Should I check the parcel before paying for it?

You should always check before receiving the parcel. If you receive different parcels or products inside it, please do not accept the parcel and inform us immediately by calling our hotline number. We will take necessary steps as soon as possible.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, we send invoices with your parcel. Also, you get all the order details in your MY ACCOUNT > ORDERS.

Can I change my shipping address after I have placed my order?

Unfortunately, your shipping address cannot be changed after your order has been placed. However, you may call us directly for assistance.

I ordered multiple items, but I have received partial products. Why?

Sometimes we send products separately for bigger orders so that they can be carried easily by the delivery person and to control delivery-related issues.

I found the package open, and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You should refuse to accept an open parcel. If you do accept such a parcel by mistake or find out it has been tampered with, please get in touch with us.
